Beautiful one level with vaulted ceilings, a lovely patio, new carpets, new paint , newer appliances, ready to move in !! This is a 55 and older community, one of the nicest ones in town !! They provide 14 meals a month, they have a lovely common area which includes a beautiful library, a gym , a hair salon and nice walking paths !! They have a regular shuttle service , very nice activities for residents that makes it a cozy, warm place for residents !! HOA includes : Water; Sewer; Garbage; Basic Cable TV ! Go take a look at other places like this and then come here, you’ll notice the difference ! Caring staff and a very convenient location !!!
